SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How does shipping work?

Everything ships free! We ship to any address in the Continental United States. After your order is placed, we will ship everything as soon as possible (usually within 2 business days) via either UPS or USPS. Packages generally take between 1 and 3 business days to arrive, but delays can occur. Window Seat Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages while in transit. Please contact your local carrier for claims.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, however, please contact us at orders@windowseatcoffee.com within 30 days of receipt and we will work with you to make it right!

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact our team at orders@windowseatcoffee.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the product and the shipping box. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be automatically applied back to the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Roasted coffee and cold brew cannot be exchanged, due to the perishable nature of the products. For merchandise, please email orders@windowseatcoffee.com within 30 days of receipt to request a refund. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the unwanted item. If a refund is deemed appropriate, we will refund the amount of the item less $5 for return shipping. The fastest way to facilitate an exchange will be to make a separate purchase for the new item after receiving the refund confirmation.

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to take care of it. However, we can't promise to be able to update the address, as our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

 

We are not responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and follows what was supplied during checkout.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, but after 48 hours, you will be assessed a $25 administration fee to cover restocking and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
