Where do you get your beans?


We work with responsible importers/exporters to source the best green coffe beans from around the world. In sourcing our green beans, we recognize that coffee is an agricultural product and therefore only source from recently harvested crops at sustainably run farms. In addition, we generally select our green coffee both on the intrinsic taste profile of the green beans and the quality of the location.




What is your roasting philosophy?


Our roasting philosophy is simple: to highlight the natural flavor and sweetness inherently present in each of our green coffee selections. To accomplish this goal, we stay on top of current industry trends and implement robust processes and controls to ensure quality and consistency.




How often do you roast?


As often as necessary to help ensure our customers can drink freshly roasted coffee. Generally, we aim to roast twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays.




How does shipping work?


When you buy Window Seat Coffee online (both one-time purchases and subscriptions), we roast it fresh and ship it out on either a Tuesday or Friday via USPS. Orders over $65 ship free while orders under $65 will be charged a flat rate of $7. Window Seat Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages while in transit. Please contact your local carrier for claims.




What is your return policy?


Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our team at contact@windowseatcoffee.com. We will respond back to you within one business day to ensure everything is made right for you!




Are you in the airline industry?


Actually, no! While we have a passion for travel (and flying), Window Seat Coffee was created to capture the special feeling that comes with getting away, whether for a quick coffee break or an extended vacation.
